Our office is in Bournemouth BH11, and we work with clients across the conurbation and the surrounding Dorset towns. Some come in to see us; most send their records by email and we never need to meet. Either way the service and the fixed fee are the same.
Bournemouth
Our office is in Kinson, BH11, at the north-western edge of Bournemouth - handy for Bear Cross, West Howe, Ensbury Park and Wallisdown, and a short drive from the town centre. Bournemouth clients come to us for everything: self assessment for the self-employed, CIS refunds for the trades working on sites around the conurbation, limited company accounts for the town's small service businesses, and payroll for shops, cafes and salons. If you would rather talk face to face, this is where you come.
Poole
Poole is our second-largest client base and a genuinely different mix - marine trades, engineering, construction and a lot of property. Landlord work is heavy here, from ordinary buy-to-lets in Parkstone and Branksome to higher-value property towards Sandbanks, and we handle plenty of VAT registrations for businesses around the Poole industrial areas. Most Poole clients work with us by email and phone, which suits everyone.
Christchurch
Christchurch brings us a lot of landlords, holiday lets and retired clients with more than one income source to declare. It is also a common base for consultants and contractors operating through their own limited companies. We work with Christchurch clients mostly remotely, with occasional meetings at the Bournemouth office when something is worth sitting down over.
Ferndown and West Parley
Ferndown has a strong base of small businesses and established limited companies, plus a number of professional contractors. The work is mostly annual accounts, Corporation Tax, director's self assessment and payroll. Ferndown is an easy trip to the office and clients here split roughly evenly between visiting and dealing with us remotely.
Wimborne
In and around Wimborne we work with tradespeople, rural and small businesses, and landlords holding property in the town. CIS is a large part of what we do for Wimborne subcontractors working across Dorset. Phone, email and video suit most clients here, with records sent electronically or by post.
Ringwood
Just over the Hampshire border, Ringwood clients come to us for self assessment, CIS refunds and limited company work. Construction and the trades are well represented, and we handle both sides of CIS - subcontractor refunds and monthly returns for contractors. Almost all of this work is done remotely.
Verwood
Verwood and the surrounding villages give us a steady stream of sole traders, small limited companies and landlords. It is far enough out that most clients prefer not to travel, so we work by email, phone and video, and paperwork comes in electronically. It makes no difference to the service or the fee.
How we work with clients outside Bournemouth
Distance genuinely does not matter. Records arrive by email, secure upload or post; we ask questions by phone or email; you approve figures before anything is filed; and we act as your HMRC agent, so their letters come to us wherever you live.
Meetings happen at the Bournemouth office when you want one, or by phone and video when you do not. We work in English and Polish, and the fee is the same whichever town you are in.
